Information about my artistic research

My research investigates how unconventional performative frameworks decentre improvisers and displace their embodied knowledge. By transforming the concert space into a concert-laboratory, I invite performers to interact with digital virtual replicas.

This work shifts the focus from the musicalcontent and timing of musical actions towards the affective dimension where intentions and desires circulate. By interrogating the role of habits and instrumental skills, I explore an ethics of interdependence where performers navigate complex human-digital networks through radical openness and vulnerability.
